I was a painter and sketch artist for years starting at a young age before realizing the art of hair was my true passion. In 2005, I trained at Paul Mitchell School in Cincinnati, OH and attended numerous hair shows and advanced classes. My second year as a stylist, I took an inspiring 3 day course at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Chicago, IL and moved to the city shortly after to work and train at a salon. My love for the art of haircutting and coloring continued to grow over the years and in 2012 I decided to move to northern VA and worked at a salon in Fairfax and in Arlington. 

 

Being a studio owner has always been my dream and in April of 2021 I decided to start my own business at Sola Salon Studios in Ballston, VA. I have a wide range of specialties including precision and texture cuts, highlights/babylights/strandlights, balayage, creative fashion color, corrective color, and keratin treatment.
